Supervision and Consultation
Kerri Hanlon has completed the training required by Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists to supervise interns working towards Oregon licensure. Her role as a clinical supervisor is to collaborate with you in the work you are providing to your clients. She will serve as a teacher and mentor for those starting in the counseling field, and can become more evaluative and consultative as needed. Kerri will strive to help supervisees develop clinical skills and build upon their theoretical orientation.
Together supervisor and supervisee will explore a variety of theories and interventions to see what will be most effective in working with clients. Kerri views the supervisory relationship as one of learning, growth and collaboration and looks forward to this opportunity.
