Supervision and Consultation

Supervision – Kerri Hanlon and Emily Wainscoat have completed the training required by Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists to supervise interns working towards Oregon licensure. Their role as a clinical supervisor is to collaborate with you in the work you are providing to your clients. They will serve as a teacher and mentor for those starting in the counseling field, and can become more evaluative and consultative as needed. Kerri and Emily will strive to help supervisees develop clinical skills and build upon their theoretical orientation. Together supervisor and supervisee will explore a variety of theories and interventions to see what will be most effective in working with clients. Kerri and Emily views the supervisory relationship as one of learning, growth and collaboration and looks forward to this opportunity.

Consultation – Counselors are qualified and available to work with businesses, employers, counselors, treatment programs, schools, etc.
